- This following information is for domestic orders only. For international shipping and processing please contact email@example.com. Due to the highly customizable nature of many of our products, customer service will contact you via phone or email to schedule your delivery and discuss your shipping fee. We ship orders via UPS, FedEx, United States Postal Service, or other third party services if needed. PURE Design does not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses. We currently do not ship to any of the U.S. Territories such as Puerto Rico. Orders for in-stock merchandise are generally processed within 5-10 business days. An order processing fee may be charged for specific products and estimates are available on our Shopping Cart page after you select your desired items for purchase. Your purchases may come from various locations, and may arrive to you in more than one package, but only one delivery fee is charged for your entire order, based on the shipping rate. We try our best to only send you one package. PURE Design is obligated by law to collect sales tax on shipping and handling fees associated with taxable orders where applicable. An email notification with tracking information will be sent to you when your order has been shipped.
Returns & Replacements
- We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. You may return any product within 30 days of delivery for free. You can initiate a return by emailing email@example.com. PURE Design will cover the return costs. Please be sure to include your order number, item number and reason for return. We will provide special return instructions for furniture and other items shipped via oversized delivery service. We aim to process all returns within a week of receipt. Refunds are issued after returned items have been received, inspected, and processed. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. - The status of your order can be checked at any time by logging into your account by clicking "My Account" at the top right of each page.
Updating Account Information
- To update your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and edit or remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature. When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
How do we use your information?
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, enter a contest or promotion, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?
To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production. To update all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information.
